RENTAL PERIOD: The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

DRIVING LICENSE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The driver must be at least 21 years of age for the CDMR, IDMR and IWMR group vehicles and must possess avalid driving license of at least 2 years, and at least 25 years of age for the SDMR, SDAR group vehicles and must possess a valid driving license of at least 3 years, 28 years of age for the FDMR, FDAR, PDAR and SVMR group vehicles and must possessavalid driving license of at least 5 years.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT: We accept all recognized credit cards like Visa, Mastercard,Eurocard, American Express, DCL, etc. 250 Euro provision will be blocked from the credit card at the beginning of the rental for security and deposit reasons to cover gasoline, rental extensions, etc.

INCLUDED SERVICES: The prices are inclusive of Limited Accident lnsurance and %18 VAT. Limited liability insurance covers the damages on the rented car. If the necessary procedures are completed by the customer such as alcohol and traffic reports by satisfying requested conditions (the vehicle was not driven under influence of alcohol or drugs, the vehicle was not used for load carrying, etc), the maximum liability of the customer is then 300 Euro. This insurance covers the damages except for this amount.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):All rates include CDW.
Tyre-Glasses-Headlight Insurance (TGH): This insurance covers the damages of tyres, glasses and headlight of the vehicle. 3 EUR / Day
Theft Protection (TP): It covers renter\'s responsibility for the rental amount of the rented vehicle until the period of insurance claim. This also covers the total amount of the car if and only if the customer returns the original keys of thevehicle. 4 Euro / Day
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): The 4 passangers including the driver. 4 Euro / Day

ADDITIONALSERVICES:
One Way Rental: A one-way fee applies if the drop-off location is different than the pick-up location regardless of the rental period.
Additional Driver: The first additional drive is free of an addition1 charge if the driver possesses avalid license which meets requirements.
Delivery & Collection: An extra service fee applies for delivery & collection of vehicles.
Baby & Child Seat: An extra fee applies. 3 Euro / day
Additional Hours: An extra charge of 1/5 of the daily rental charge applies for every hour exceeding original of return time.
Navigation: Navigation is available in our office. Please ask the availability when you are making your reservation. 7 Euro / Day
Fuel Cost: The vehicles are delivered with a full tank and expected to be returned with a full tank by our customers. If the vehicle is not returned with the delivery fuel level, an extra service charge applies beside fuel difference cost.

THE INSURANCE BECOMES VOID IN BELOW CIRCUMSTANCES: In below circumstances, the insurance becomes void and all the damages occured are no longer covered by the insurance *If the vehicle was driven bv anvone who is not reaistered on rental agreement. *Any breakdown or damage caused by the misuse of the vehichle to drive the vehicle while overheated, to drive the vehichle on rough roads and damages caused by bad quality fuel, to drive cars with a flat tyre. etc.) *If the vehicle was driven under influence of alcohol or drugs. *If the driver does not obey the traffic rules. (if the drivers exceeds legal speed limits, crosses during red light, * if the vehicle was overloaded or used for load transportation) *If the vehichle was driven without necessary attention and without necessary precautions, (if the car was not driven with a safe speed during rain or snow, etc and if the car was not driven witha safe distance to the followed vehicle) *If the necessary reports are not collected from local authorities without moving the car from the origin of accident.

CONDITIONS THAT APPLY ON AMENDMENTS OF RENTAL AGREEMENTS: Special rated agreements are valid for the agreed duration of rental and for agreed conditions. Car Rental Cappadocia has the right to accept or decline these amendments. If the amendments are accepted; Car Rental Cappadocia has the right to change the rental price.
